About the Summit

After organising more than 200 knowledge conferences in various parts of India and abroad by partnering with various government agencies and also creating knowledge sharing platforms to discuss & deliberate upon various aspects governance, infrastructure, energy, health, education, smart cities and bfsi sector, Elets is all set to organize this prestigious summit on India's energy sector with a special focus on the use of innovation & technology to address the challenges of the sector.

The '2nd Elets National Power Summit' will have insightful sessions on various aspects of India’s energy sector focusing on ‘Renewable Energy, Conventional Energy, Smart & Advanced Technologies in the Energy Sector’ – key trends, outlook and best practices of Government Initiatives, Energy Infrastructure, Electric Vehicle / Green Transport, Renewable Energy Integration – Enabling Technologies (Information Technology, Internet of Things, Mobility Solutions, etc.). Utility Perspective – Smart Grids, Cloud Computing – Communication Issues and Solutions, Cyber Security – Next Steps for ERP and other essential aspects in the energy sector.

Under the mentorship of Shri Ajay Misra, Special Chief Secretary, Department of Energy, Environment, Forest, Science & Technology, Govt of Telangana, the conference will also act as a platform to showcase Telangana state as a global destination and as a land of opportunities for the implementation of smart ideas for the benefit of people. This important event will see participation of policy makers, experts and decision makers from the industry and other relevant stakeholders in the energy sector from both government and private systems.

This summit aims to create a unique platform for idea exchange, networking and exploring opportunities for collaborations, while setting the policy agenda for holistic development of energy eco-system in the state and country.

The summit will mainly unfold in three segments including conference, expo and awards.

A special issue of eGov Magazine (Asia’s 1st Premier Magazine on e-Governance) will also be released highlighting the latest works and trends in the energy sector.
