Shikha Srivastava received her B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from IIT-BHU, Varanasi, and her Master in Research degree from IIT, Delhi. She is a gold medalist. She is currently working as the Director, Board Member, C-DOT looking after areas of Telecom Security solutions, Fraud Management, Post-quantum cryptography, IoT/M2M, AI/ML and other applications. She has over thirty years of hands-on and supervisory experience in communication systems analysis, design, development and support. Her area of work includes Digital Switching, Fault-Tolerant Systems, SS7, Fixed Line SMS, GSM Core Network elements, UMTS, VoIP, Chat protocol, Lawful Interception, Internal Navigation, Text analytics, Video Analytics, Mobile App Development, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. C-DOT is a premier R&D Centre of Govt. of India set up in 1985 to develop indigenous telecom technology.
