Ms. Ritu Singh is a software engineer with more than 17 years of experience in the IT industry specifically in the Railway sector. Currently, working as General Manager-IT at NCRTC, she is responsible for bringing about digital transformation in the pioneering project of the Rapid Rail Transit System in India. Prior to that, she had worked for more than 14 years in various capacities in CRIS which is the IT arm of Indian Railways. She has in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics and machine learning.
