Nalinaksh S. Vyas, Ph.D., is a distinguished professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. With extensive expertise in Mechanical Engineering, he has held various leadership positions, including Chairman of the Technology Mission for Indian Railways. His research interests encompass Machine Dynamics, Nonlinear Parameter Estimation, Instrumentation, Integrated Health Monitoring, and AI/ML applications in Smart Infrastructure. Nalinaksh has supervised numerous theses, published over a hundred research papers, and executed major projects for prestigious organizations. He has also served on several boards and committees related to technical education and smart systems.
